IT Construction & Real Estate 2002
IT Construction & Real Estate 2002 is a a sector wide programme for implementing IT in construction and facilities management.
IT is presently being used in many separate processes but co-ordination and information exchange is still lacking. For the future we expect IT tools to exchange intelligent information throughout the construction and facilities management processes chain and thereby provide a prerequisite for vigorous rationalisation.
In order to promote such a development, the programme's aim is to create a common IT platform for the sector. This will be achieved through efforts within research and development, standardization and implementation.
The programme is managed by an industry owned consortium and supported by public research funds.

The programme is finished and the results are published on this site. The presentation of the projects are in Swedish but many of the reports are in english, All reports are available at the website.
